With over four decades of construction experience.  Pat or as some client's and their children affectionately call him "Mr Pat", has built numerous homes and farm buildings both in the UK before emigrating many years ago as well as in Calgary, Okotoks and DeWinton.  His wife Helen a realtor, was finding in the mid 1990's that her clients were struggling to find fair priced skilled trades people to do various renovation projects in and around her clients homes and they started calling on Pat to assist.  

From that moment on things just snowballed with Pat then being called back for another project and another, and then their friends would call having seen his work on basements, fences, decks, yard gates, bathroom renos, kitchen renos ....

What most client's comment on is how they like that Pat personally does most of the work himself and is on site every day throughout the process.   He's even been known to work many weekends or late nights to try to complete a project much quicker than normal when the homeowner is desperate.  Many clients tell Pat how much their pets look for him and miss him after he's finished a larger project as well.

Pat currently lives with his wife and youngest daughter on an acreage he built in DeWinton, loves fishing in his spare time, and thrives on helping his clients and invariably friends who many soon become, create beautiful living spaces both inside and outside their homes.
