'We hired Pat originally to renovate our basement and were so impressed that we hired him the following year to do our deck. As well as working incredibly hard on the building work, he also helped out with the planning and design aspects of both projects to ensure we got exactly what suited our needs within our budget. Both the basement and deck are finished to a really high standard and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone wanting such work done. We cannot believe our luck and good fortune in having friends of ours recommend us to Pat. He has done a wonderful job for us in ripping down our old rotted basic deck and replacing it with a wonderful hexagonal design two tiered one with wide sweeping stair case and adding just a touch of things we would never have thought of here and there. Yes it cost us a little more to have the wood laid on the diagonal and to have it framed out around the edges, but it just "pops" now. Pat is a fabulous guy, trustworthy and our whole family love it when he's around. THANK YOU PAT. Ann Morrell
